27th of April, 2018, Astana, Kazakhstan – CAG had a pleasure to accompany the South Africa Embassy for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan in Celebration Ceremony of the National Day of the Republic of South Africa on 27 April 2018, in Astana, among representatives of Governments, Ministries of Foreign Affairs,  diplomats and respected business people of all four Central Asian countries. It was the 24th Anniversary of Freedom Day especially symbolized by the occasion of celebration of the 100th anniversary of Nelson Mandela’s birth.  Madiba’s leadership (‘Madiba’ the clan name of Nelson Mandela within South Africa) was instrumental in bringing about South Africa’s first democratic elections 24 years ago, and his legacy inspires South Africa to be a leader in Africa and in the world today. Nelson Mandela was a global advocate for human rights, democracy and devoted champion for peace and social justice for his nation and all over the world. With a deep respect Nelson Mandela was accepted in South Africa as “Father of the Nation”. It was a great pleasure for CAG team to take part in such a marvelous event of National Day of South Africa organized by esteem establishment of South African Embassy Astana, Kazakhstan, where the entire team seamlessly and smoothly making this occasion one of the best any diplomatic community in Astana. The high credit is given to the leadership and above all to highly inspiring speech of Her Excellency Keitumetsi T.S. Matthews, truly impressed on the impact of this event on hearts of each attendee. Thanks to dedicated work of the South Africa Embassy in Astana under the gentle lead of Her Excellency Keitumetsi T.S. Matthews, during the latest years remarkable positive developments occurred regarding relations with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
